Boyne City Business Breakfast March 11
How to Read Your Clients' Behavior Patterns
The Boyne Business Breakfast series for 2010 opens with business coach Bill Ulvund speaking on "How to Read Your Clients' Behavior Patterns" at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, March 11 in the Boyne District Library Community Room. Admission is $5, including coffee and breakfast sandwiches courtesy of Subway; reservations are strongly encouraged. The Business Breakfast is sponsored by the Boyne Area Chamber and Boyne City Main Street Program. Bill Ulvund is a Boyne City resident who works as a business coach with Centermark Coaching. He has been a BNI director, sales manager, operations manager, martial arts instructor and professional musician. Bill also owns and operates Boyne Country Services which has provided carpet, upholstery and HVAC duct cleaning for almost 15 years.
Bill Ulvund explains the value of this seminar: "Most business people understand the importance of that very first impression and desire to communicate in a positive manner that results in the most impact. This workshop will help you recognize behaviors that you communicate and also how you may need to adapt your communication to be more effective. Can you determine from a handshake, clothing, verbal cues and behaviors when you should try to "close that sale"? Relationships are only effective when they are mutually beneficial for both parties... Imagine if you were to refer a friend to a potential client and you informed them how to best communicate with the potential client to close the sale. Would this increase the perceived value of your relationship? What if you knew how to communicate more effectively with your children?
Attend this workshop and discover more about yourself and others in your life and increase the effectiveness of your relationships!" Please RSVP by calling 582-6222 or email the Chamber if you plan to attend the Business Breakfast.
