David Wilfred Oster, 67, Boyne Falls. Driving while impaired. Sentenced to pay $830 and to 36 days in jail with credit for one day, 30 days held in abeyance, five days of community service work and six months on probation. Jason Lee Tousley, 32, Boyne City. Possession of marijuana. Sentenced to pay $650 in fines and costs and to 180 days in jail with credit for one day, 179 days held in abeyance and six months on probation. Joshua Samuel Blaha, 21, East Jordan. Driving while intoxicated. Sentenced to pay $1,080 and to 93 days in jail with credit for one day, 82 days held in abeyance, 10 days of community service work and one year on probation. Kevin Michael Wixson, 42, Gaylord. Driving while impaired. Sentenced to pay $1,150 and to 93 days in jail with credit for one day, 67 days held in abeyance, 15 days of community service and one year on probation. Kirk Willliam Hoeppner II, 19, Walloon Lake. Possession of marijuana. Sentenced to pay $600 in fines and costs and to 180 days in jail, serve seven days, 163 days held in abeyance, 10 days of community service work and two years on probation. Gary Clayton Field Jr., 41, Charlevoix. Disorderly person/drunk. Sentenced to pay $500 in fines and costs and to 93 days in jail with credit for nine days, serve 85 days. Kyle Leslie Sutton, 21, Boyne Falls. Driving while intoxicated, driving while license suspended and possession of marijuana. Sentenced to pay $1,280 in fines and costs and to 365 days in jail with credit for three days, serve 60 days, 272 days held in abeyance, 30 days of community service work and two years on probation.
